    Complaint for not receiving my game on the date released


    I ordered Battlefield 1 on September 14 from the xbox live rewards program. It said that I would receive it the day the game was released. However, it is now 12:27am of the day after the day of release, and still, no game. Also, because the game was released
    on a Friday, I have to wait for UPS to deliver it on Monday. I have been waiting for this game for so long and now, I have to wait a whole other weekend to even get the game. Even on Monday, I will not be able to play it because of my busy schedule. So,
    I will have to wait another week to play the game to be able to play it the following weekend. I am so furious! I want to file a complaint and receive compensation for this huge problem.

    You should receive it on November 7.

    Any of the enhanced games that have already been released will just be receiving an update. I don't think an exact date has been released yet (unless I missed it), but it should be released at least at the same time as the console. It would just be an automatic
    update.

    If you pre-ordered the physical disc that would be through Microsoftstore.com and the failure to deliver on-time would have to go through them. The reward program simply offered 15,000 credits for pre-ordering the physical disc through microsoftstore.com.

    Also, they should have given you a tracking number. If not, you can log into microsoftstore.com, go to your order, and track it from their. Subsequently, UPS delivers saturday so it is possible it will arrive then. I know I have received packages on Saturdays
    and Sundays from UPS.

    As Murphs says, all ordering is done through the respective storefronts. We do not control deliveries or purchases. You would have to reach out to Microsoft support at (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/).

    I received halo 4 today from walmart.

    If you receive a legit copy early, it is safe to play. People were banned for Pirated games, not legit. If you get a game earlier then the release date again in the future and would rather be safe, I would wait until the release date to play.

    You can just delete the demo when you get the real game. If Sept. 28 ends up being the actual release date, then yes you would receive the game then. The page does state that that date is not confirmed. But if you were to preorder it you would get it whenever
    it is released.
