At 08/29/2016 I bought a Xbox one console 500GB for my kids,from MediaMarkt stores GREECE. Serial number 043323650748.After one year, at (10/04/2017) the console stopped working and I contacted with MICROSOFT SUPPORT GREECE.They sent me an application
repair number 1400213422 and an electronic Shipping Label Communication for UPS transfer company with TRACKING NUMBER 1Z6819VX9102079562 to transfer the console and the power supply to the MICROSOFT EUROPE REPAIR CENTER FRANKFURT GERMANY,ROBERT BOSCH STRASSE

At 10/20/2017 return the console Xbox,inside the mail box there was a letter that said the cause of the damage was the power supply and now the console working good.When I connected the console to the TV, there was no communication,when I moved the HDMI cable
the communication was temporarily restored to be lost again.I realized that HDMI console Xbox had problem.Next morning (10/21/2017) I contacted with MICROSOFT SUPPORT GREECE and told them the problem.They give me a new application repair number 1402056192
10/23/2017 and an UPS electronic label with TRACKING NUMBER 1Z6819VX9102146480 to transfer again (second time) to the MICROSOFT REPAIR CENTER GERMANY.

At 11/09/2017 return the console Xbox from REPAIR CENTER,when I take out from the mail box ,I heard a noise from inside the console ,like there were screws inside the console and with the movement doing noises.The console had changed , serial Number 021842443548.However
I connected the console and doing update,After the update ,the console not start up,I contact with the MICROSOFT SUPPORT and send me email with instructions.Despite the repeated efforts the console did not start up.They send me that must be transfer again
with UPS to MICROSOFT REPAIR CENTER GERMANY but they cannot sent me a new Shipping Label Communication UPS , because has problem with the central system of MICROSOFT. I wait from 11/09/2017 until now.I have subscription Xbox Live and I cannot use it.I have
spent a lot of time with Xbox.Can someone solve my problem?

Posting tracking console serial numbers on a public forum is never a good idea & against forum rules here.

Nothing anyone on the forums can do,you'll just have to keep working with support to get your console repaired.

Every time you send a console of for repair you should get a 1 month xbox live sub with the console when it's returned to cover any lost gold time.

The repair centre in Germany is pretty poor when it comes to "repairing" consoles.
