    Complaint against the company for damage and mistakes


    This is a very strange situation because i was sent here multiple times today by your support but i dont think this is the place , anyway here i go .

    October 2018 i got my account locked for 14 days for some reason that i dont know , after the 14 days i still didnt had acess to my account and for that reason i contacted the support who sent me a form to recover my account and from that moment until now it has been a rollercoaster with all this situation .

    We are on 2022 and i still have no acess to one account that was locked 14 days in 2018 , i got five more accounts locked during this past 4 years not because i did something wrong with the accounts but because someone acused the accounts for being created just to insult the support .

    There is no insult against any agent , there is nothing sent or done with the accounts that could cause a permanent ban without advise still the accounts were banned because Microsoft doest know how to deal with the mistakes of their agents.

    When i say this i can give a quick sample of it , i requested explanations regarding my accounts multiple times but only last here i got an answer and the explanation " Account currently active. Last enforcement: 4/2/2019 – 14-Day Suspension for Customer Service Harassment ".

    I have that account locked since 2018 not 2019 and even if it was in 2019 , 14 days are long gone and no one explained me about the Harassment because i didnt harass anyone plus it says that the account is active but the fact is when i try to log in the account is locked .

    Last year i got an email saying my accounts couldnt be recovered due to the time passed from the locks , between the lock and last year i have sent around 20 recovery forms ignored by them which is strange but there are a lot of cases proving it.

    I could be here talking and talking about the mistakes done but the point here is , all of this mistakes have caused me a lot of damage in a lot of ways from personal to financial damage.

    I lost important emails , i am a game tester and got very affected because of losing the account , i had mixer , twitch with subscriptions and a lot of other things like games , subscritions , achievements etc...

    I tried to contact Xbox here were i live but what i got was someone on the phone turning off calls without me saying a word almost , by email i got threats and false information .

    For all of this situation i have contacted a lawyer from a costumer rights company and he reached to xbox in order to get explanations and the fact is that a couple of weeks later he reached me and said that there was no point on contacting them again because they had that atitude with him either so the best option would be to move a legal process against Xbox with all the proofs i have.

    We agreed that i should try to make a dispute at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/arbitration/eu-odr?SilentAuth=1&wa=wsignin1.0 and try to solve this outside a court for the last time , i did send it but no answers from them and for that reason i went to the support requesting a contact with the legal team so i could try to reach an agreement or at least expose the situation to see what was their word .

    So , at this point all the damage to me was done already and in all this situation what i want are responsabilities like i need explanations too in this whole situation

    Recieved a replacement console and forgot my game disc in the console that i sent back

    After filing the police report of the "lost" purse, it would be up to the "kindness" of someone to turn the purse in; she wouldn't have the to right to make complaints against the bus company for her mistake or expect reimbursement from said company.

    Now if my grandmother mailed her whole purse into Revlon for warranty work on some bad lipstick...well it might be time to start looking into a nice rest home.

    their was "movement" against EA and dice for Bad Company 1.

    many of us did this, I did. went on for weeks with the "rep" from the BBB and an EA rep

    it will go no where

    sounds like EA took over epic.....glad I did not buy

    Banned?

    The review is to have the enforcement team reinvestigate your account and determine if they were correct the first time around. It's rare that they do issue suspensions/bans by mistake though. It doesn't matter how many complaints you've had filed against
    you. You can have a million complaints filed against you but would only receive a ban if the enforcement team finds that you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.

    For mine they did send me a new Xbox so idk why would they send a new one if my old was was tamperd? I just think on mine someone made a mistake. Yours does sound like more of a mess I always wondered what happens if somthing was damaged in shipping surprise
    the shipping company won't pay for it who would have thought? The box my Xbox came in was also damaged but not the contents thank god.
