Complaint about Xbox themselves

my ten year old son was on Xbox live with his friends in a private party,a gamer (TapelessMist504) made friends with them on the game so they decided to let him in the party,i heard my son crying an asked what was wrong,he then began to tell me all the disgusting
things that tape less was saying,I immediately went on to the Xbox an blocked the player,now he told my son that him an friends no where he lives and are coming over to snatch him from his home tie him up and rape him and do other unspeakable things to him,before
blocking TapelessMist504 I wanted to know what was going on so spoke to this vile excuse of a person and he seems to know the area that we live ,my son is now terrified of going out incase something happens to him,I phoned and spoke to Xbox customer services
which told me that there is nothing they can do and there are hundreds of people on Xbox doing the same thing and to just block him if you know there are hundreds of people doing this then why have you not done anything about it,TapelessMist504 is still active
on Xbox if you come across him block him immediately.

Because heaven forbid they make decent quality instruments themselves... (a complaint which can also be leveled against the RB instruments).

How does the complaint system work?

Here, I will explain the complaint system, as explained by Xbox security personell.

First, someone files a complaint. All that's needed is one complaint. Multiple people filing complaints on one person will not change anything.

Then, Xbox personell will check everything, and I mean EVERYTHING: Messages, gameplay history, modification to Xbox equipment...they can catch anything.

If you know you've done nothing wrong, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. If they file multiple complaints, they are at risk of punishment themselves.

Continue playing as you wish. You have no worries as long as you don't, you know, actually cheat or anything.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him and take action. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. The enforcement team are the only ones
who handle issues like that which is why support can't do anything. Anytime you or your son run into someone like that, it's best to just file a complaint and block communications with them immediately. Most of the time people like that are just trying to
get to you and get you to say something that will get you banned.

There is probably not a lot that can be done on the forums about this issue.

As for the Amazon problem, it's a complaint that must be taken up with Amazon themselves, as they are the ones who are in charge of the stock and the delivery of the Xbox's.

Microsoft employees cannot designate themselves as such. So someone is impersonating an employee. Sounds like a modded lobby as well.

File a complaint on his tag and talk to the game producer about the ranking.

You'll need to report this to the websites themselves as the PET does not police external sites.

Do not worry about getting banned as they investigate every complaint before taking action. If you are doing nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about.
