    Dear Enforcement team,

    Two days ago, my Xbox account was banned from playing online (using Xbox live).

    There was no particular reason to ban me since my reputation is fine (marked as ''good'' by Xbox itself!).

    Also, I did not even get a message giving me the reason behind the ban!

    Therefore, I contacted customer support. The guy that helped me said he couldn't change it so far, so I had to contact the enforcement of action's team by forum. We also found out that my History of ''bad behaviour'' was clean since November 2016.

    So I wrote a post, which I posted here, on July the 5th. He told me that it would only take a couple of hours before someone would reply to me. It's now over a day later,
    6 people have seen it, but none have even confirmed/replied. I am very annoyed by this.

    I want my Xbox Live back and I want a refund for all the days I lose/lost by this blocking. I pay for xbox live myself, and am not happy that someone from your team decided to randomly put a ban on my xbox for
    no particular reason. I find it very embarrassing and really, really bad from a big company as Microsoft to not even reply to a PAYING customer with an issue. Is it really that hard to help someone out? I don't think so.

    Also file a complaint via your xbox. That is the avenue that the Policy Enforcement Team accepts complaints about other users on live. And it's the ONLY avenue.

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about that! If the motto violates the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use or Code of Conduct you need to file a complaint via Xbox LIVE by clicking on their profile and selecting file complaint. That is the only way the enforcement team takes action against
    accounts. I hope this helps.

    Just to add,an email is always sent to the address linked to an account if it receives any enforcement action & as per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you are not entitled to a refund for any gold subscription time lost due to enforcement action on your account.

  7. I haven't got any suspension on my accout (it's not in the ''history of bans''), it's all clear till november 2016. Also, how do I get a case review?

    What makes you think you have been banned? What happens when you try to sign into live?

  9. It doesn't let me play online anymore, on any game. It says that because of my past behaviour, I should do something else.

    This is strange that this just came out of nowhere, without an email, message or reason for this.

    Odd,there's nothing more anyone here can tell you other than what we already have.

    Your rep has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not so don't go by that.

  12. I had an online chat and they couldn't see any bans on my xbox live account. What they did see was a ban on my xbox console itself, which seems odd to me.
