complaint about bad customer service

Discus and support complaint about bad customer service in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; For some apparent reason my money is split up on my account.     For some apparent reason my money is split up on my account. When i log in 2 my xbox one and go to my account i see my gift card i purchased a while back but not the gift card i purchased after it and when i go to xbox.com i see the other gift card i purchased
    but not the one i previously purchased. So i tried xbox chat support, the guy was helpful but couldn't resolve my problem so he told me that Microsoft will contact me so i waited paitently for over more then a month and still no phone call. So after over a
    month i thought i would try the phone support wich clearly says '' waiting time less then a minute" Still waiting over an hour for them to call me wich they don't. I want my problem resolved and my money joined together instead of being split up but Mircrosoft
    is not helping in any way to fix the problem they clearly caused !

    Many people here are Helix. I'm 99% sure Hassassinade is too. And oh hey, I dinged Level 2.

    And here I was thinking I was the only one working with customer support posting around here. complaint about bad customer service :)

    As stated above you should definitely post what you are trying to do on the forums. There are alot of people here who know how to troubleshoot most issues.

    Otherwise contact support again. Best of luck with your issue getting resolved!

    Hi there, do you have more than one billing account? For example, my account has a UK and a US billing account, but my UK account is the one with money in it. Could it be possible you have added your gift card to another billing account? You may find your
    money is on there.

    Check at commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub - and see if your gift card is there. If not, click the grey drop-down box in the top right of that screen, and see if you have another billing
    account. If so check on that one too.
