    So are we trying to hit a new record or what’s going on, because it seems like you guys want to achieve “let’s se how long we can make him wait for his missing reward.” I’m dead serious I want to speak to someone in charge or a manger anybody I can get real
    help because this is BS!! $25 visa code that I have not received yet at all, I payed 1000gems!!!! For a **** $25 code didn’t receive it in the mail so I figured I accidentally made a typo in my email so who would have guess it take 11+ Days to finally receive
    it....

    So is it possible to speak to a manager or someone in charge I’m tired of having to wait for something so damn simple, and I’m fed up. I purchased a damn $25 Visa prepaid code for $1000 gems and might of accidentally had a typo in my email because I know
    it’s been more than 2 damn days so I would of gotten it and I still haven’t received it so I have yet to receive any update about if I’m getting my code back, a refund or If i got screwed over because this is ridiculous!! it’s already been 6 days that I haven’t
    heard anything good about I’ll probably get it or a update about there working on it! Also I’ve seen so many issues with other people that I’ve have yet to see them get helped at all and it’s not right this is crazy, it only seems like theirs only 2 people
    helping the forums page!

    Are support forums always this terrible with communication. This email says to come here and make a post and their working hours are

    9-5 yet no one has revived a reply.

    What is going on Microsoft?

    started a mourning process for those points.

    There is not yet a pending response from the Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Vault team on the issue you previously escalated at Missing $25 email code from My VIP Vault.
    As stated on that forum posting, once that team has completed their investigation, they will update that thread.

    On the overview it shows that they transferred in $67.19 to my visa on november 11. So if it doesn't show up 90 days from november 11 what should I do?
