Complain regarding Xbox enforcement

I have been suspended from xbox as I have been deemed as cheating.

I have asked for the case to be reviewed as I have no idea what I am supposed to have done. I have had no feedback or details, the status is just decision upheld. How can they do this without sharing information? If I knew what I had supposedly done I wouldn't
do it again. I would like to complain about how poor their system is but I cannot find an avenue for complaint. I feel like I have paid my money for xbox live and I am now being held to ransom.

We do not have any information regarding device bans or other Enforcement actions taken. We are unable to assist with issues regarding Xbox Live Enforcement here on the Xbox Support forums. For all information regarding Enforcement
issues, please refer to the Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement site directly.
Additionally, if your device has been banned, be sure to check your email for an email from the Enforcement team regarding the ban.

Sorry for any confusion. Enforcement issues and information regarding a specific action are only handled on the Xbox Enforcement site. You can view the full detail regarding the suspension if its a temporary (date provided) or permanent. Please check your
"Enforcement History". I would recommend you use "Case for Review" if you have any questions regarding the enforcement action.

the steps on how to submit a case review.

Unfortunately, if the case review doesn't work, you will just have to wait out the enforcement action.

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way to get help is through the enforcement website.
