    When I entered a two day trial code. It took me to a page saying "you own this - two day trial." When I clicked redeem, it got stuck spinning. When I attempted to reenter the code, It showed already used. I spoke to support the next day, and they were very
    rude and not helpful. . I am looking for compensation for wasted time, 2 hours, and the fact that the trial never worked. I was told to post here by support. They said that you might be able to issue points as compensation.

    Hello! Unfortunately we do not have any information on this, but we would encourage you to work with Verizon Support if you are still having issues connecting to LIVE with a Verizon FiOS or DSL connection. Compensation :)

    Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. Since that is not a Rewards program issue, rewards support will not be able to assist. Compensation is not given via the forums. You would have to continue working directly with support.

    Your situation certainly sounds frustrating. Surely there are other means of speaking with the specific parties while you wait for your email issue to get resolved. Just alert them that you've had to update your email address due to unrelated inconveniences.

    In regards to compensation, what exactly is it you're hoping to get? I don't think you can hold them, or the rep you spoke to, accountable for the deletion of your email address.

    I will have to ask about this as I honestly don't know. I am on the team that produces these games and therefore I don't have any ability to do that. As for the problem, are you referring to the issue of not being able to log in to Xbox or another issue?

    I think you might be in the wrong forum. :) The games here are not for the console but for Windows 8/8.1/Windows Phone 8. You might want to try going back up to the other forums where they can help you with your console issues. :)
