    Compensation required!


    We should get some compensation. I was 2 bingos off 100. If you spend money on a game you expect to get your money's worth. Microsoft are not short of a few bob, and I am sure it would not cost them much to give all active players a bunch of keys, tickets
    or power ups.

    Actually I was quite addicted to this game, but this gap in service may serve to wean me off it and move on. As someone else has said - there are worse things happening in the world..

    Do you think lag compensation is a good feature?

    The only way to "fix" lag compensation (and not what this game suffers from mind you) would be to raise the required minimum connection speed to play. If everyone was closer in terms of speed the compensation would be less noticeable.

    Mind you this game suffers from other problems as seen in it's odd implementation of a lag comp like effect in offline splitscreen. Its sooooo much worse in the new game than it was in mw3

    Why are any retailers required to give away "free stuff" anyways? Just wait, 3 months from now when TF can be bought for $50 instead of $60..... the "day one'ers" will be wanting compensation! I predict another "slap in the face" thread!

    I will not be happy once this is fixed, I want compensation for my time and the bs line that this is a "day zero" purchase. I've been through MMO launches, console launches and whatnot before, but this is maddening by comparison. There is NO excuse good
    enough for the downtime, and we REQUIRE compensation.

    The reason is simple if I tell which they will all claim that they have the issue even if they don't. The support team knows which so they will be compensated if they calling them with a valid fault and meet the requirements.

    They gave you a 3 month token for the time you had to wait. Granted, you waited a little longer to get this fixed than expected (a little over a month) but got an extra 2 months out of the deal.

    They are not required to compensate for issues like this and it does seem as though you did come out ahead.

    However, this is not the place to demand compensation. Once again, you're going to have to contact phone support and argue your case to them.

    I think the cookie cutter answer for native 720p is 42" I'll just say 1280x768 is the native resolution for 720p which totals 983, 040 pixels so something that only has as close to that many pixels with the highest contrast ratio and the least power consumption
    would be your Ideal T.V. But larger viewing distances require greater compensation. Further compensate for any future peripherals you may consider adding to you viewing box during its life expectancy.

    Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. Since that is not a Rewards program issue, rewards support will not be able to assist. Compensation is not given via the forums. You would have to continue working directly with support.
