Compensation of a mis-ban

Today upon a visit to my local sheriffs office to renew my carry permit I asked about the cost of serving a subpoena, it’s only $100. I asked this because sometime between September 7th-9th my xbox account was comprimised, aparently within or after the
time I contacted xbox about this someone got onto my account and did some pretty rude things to other players. It’s come to my attention that they were saying things like the N-word and threating beat up people in real life(Laugh out loud). So whenever I
found out about this behaviour I attempted to talk to the enforcement team with no luck. I guess there is a two week suspension on my personal account for what someone did which is griefing me lf services in which I’ve paid for. I would like for the enforcement
team to properly handle the issue and find when said things were said on what internet protocal address and take action against the proper person or people instead of targetting myself. And if such action refuses to be done then I am requesting an office or
such’s address in which I can have a subpoena sent to and resolve this issue legally. None the less I require at least the time, lost time, and griefed time compensated in some way. Thanks ans have a good one.

Well If I use Amazon and get it a day late after they have clearly Written First Class Guaranteed Release Day Delivery then I will be getting compensation from them. Mis-selling.

lol, there should be a ban if you mis use the system but do beleave there should be a warning and get both sides of the story and not just ban someone because of a complaint .

Hello. We are ambassadors and the only way to contact the enforcement team is through the case review section of the enforcement website. When you signed up to xbox live you signed the terms of use which states profanity is not to be used in messages.
Therefore this suspension was warranted and you will have to wait the 2 weeks.
