Compensation for Xbox Live's many many blackouts

Hello,

It 's been two days now that Xbox Live has problems , and also time and again before.



I would like to know if , for every day that the Xbox Live Service could not be used ( and I don't mean only the last two days ) , it is expected any compensation?

This is a service that we pay, and throughout the year we pay, the equivalent that we can't use the said service is about a month. I think being right (and all owners of a Gold subscription) to have fair compensation for services not provided by Microsoft
and we paid!

lol, I really don't think many people are going to join that absurd Blackout, maybe a few dozen max. I myself will be supporting the Whiteout of the MW3 Blackout and will be playing all day.

 

Service alert

I am also having this problem. No offense, but you won't find many answers to the problem. It's xbox live's fault with the new dashboard.

 

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to Microsoft are under no obligation to compensate you for any time xbox live has issues.

 

I have to Second the OP , my whole weekends gaming experience was ruined by the 2 YES TWO outages over the Weekend , Surely Microsoft have to compensate their users , even if its only by extending the live expiry by 2 days .

 

Never had a single issue over the weekend myself.

Might of just been in certain regions.

No one from Microsoft reads these forums anyway & like I said above,it's entirely up to Microsoft whether they do or not but I wouldn't hold your breath if I was you.
