Compensation for todays Xbox Live problems.

Seeing how Xbox Live decided to fail on the day that Xbox One's most anticipated game was released (Titanfall) I expect compensation. I do not pay $60 a year to have these sort of issues happen for this length of time. This is bull and unacceptable.

I'm on spark and the update is working smooth. Had no problems in update 8 days ago and todays update.

 

WHAT ABOUT US?

The entitlement mentality of todays xbox live users sickens me.

Until the games for gold programme started i honestly didn`t realise how many of them existed here.

 

Please relax its the largest game of the year and I am sure they are working as hard as they can to get it working again. They are just as mad as everyone else.

 

I agree!!! I bought the Titanfall bundle and the machine just sits here unable to do anything without XBOX Live.

 

@MWJW I completely understand that. But they are a billion dollar company and these types of issues should not happen for this length of time. This issue would be fine if Xbox Live was free but it is not I pay so this doesn't happen.

This is BS. They had an Alpha and a Beta to work through their problems. I hate to say it, but there is a reason why all the reports are saying that this is the end for Xbone. This is the end of an Era. Ive had a hellova time with you xbox, but I will
be going to PS4.... I purchased thousands of $ worth of DLC too. This is business.. GOod bye for ever

 

We should all get three months free of xbox live for this.

 

@JayDuhbbin This is an Xbox Live issue not a Titanfall issue. The beta has nothing to do with the sign in issue.

 

Didn't realize until today that I pay a yearly subscription for Sony quality service ^^

 

@JAY This is not a Titanfall issue that game is working 100% right now. This is a Sign in server issue. Everyone that's already on is playing just fine.

If you think a couple hours of sign in issues will kill a multi billion dollor company... Sony should have been dead years ago since there servers go down once a month or more.

 

Just bought an xbox one today and I have not been able to use it yet because of the very poor team at xbox!

I'm going to return it and just keep my play station!!

Do not buy an xbox one it's a scam! they can not even support it! You pay 60 bucks for what being down after spending 600 bucks on a console , not even down just unable to connect and use it all!!

What will we get for our their fail to us as customers nothingggg they do not care !

So brutal , you don't pay on the day the say and you get cut off, if the cut you off after you pay you don't get crap nothing very very poor business operations at xbox.

 

@MWJW I never said it will kill them. I am just saying with that type of money they need to be on top of this better. I understand this type of stuff happens but it's been at least 6 hours now. That is what's unacceptable.
