Compensation for the gold account for the warranty repair

Good afternoon. 12.04.19 bought xbox one x . 16.04.19 when you turn on the console started to give errors and did not turn on . Sent under warranty . But because of this I have had a period of validity gold account and pass game . Can I compensate
for the time of the gold account and game pass, which the console was under repair ? Thanks in advance . With respect

There is no compensation for subscriptions when that happens. That is covered in the Terms of Service.

The Service Agreement covers these situations, and basically you're paying for the service wether you're using it or not, and compensation is not a term of
that agreement. Sometimes if there are long term outages, they may provide some blanket extensions, but those are exceptions and not necessarily the rule.

It's unlikely that you will get any money by posting a message on the forums. What may work for you is to politely ask the Microsoft Support agent for an extension to your XBL Gold account to compensate you for the time missed while you send your console
in for a repair.

Go to your account and check warranty status then either get it repaired under warranty or go through the repair centre.
