Compensation for Lost Xbox Live Time?

You usually get a free months live sent with your console after it's been repaired.

You certainly wouldn't get a refund for the time you were on vacation as that has nothing to do with Microsoft.

When my 360(s) went back for repair I always got a code to redeem with a free months xbox live, I'm assuming they still do this now.

Compensation, plain and simple.

We live in a world now of people wanting compensation for every little thing that happens to go wrong in life.

They wouldn`t be happy with the $1 worth of time they lost online, they want free games or something else of a much higher value than they lost.

so 2months 3 weeks isnt patient before i started flaming? shall i wait another 2 - 3 months? and i was told the compensation was "sorry for your troubles but we will just extend the amount of time u lost to the time its suppose to end, so instead of it ending
in june it will end in aug" ... (direct from XBOX live support) thats not compensation what so ever..

In another chat list I mentioned that over the years of having live I wonder how many hours, days ,weeks , months we have lost due to this kind of thing happening, hours that we loyal customers have paid for and we are not getting. Xbox/Microsoft need to
compensate us for the lost time. I too was looking at the Xbox one but after the last couple of weeks live has been down twice, I am seriously considering switching to play station. May sound petty but I have lost all my rank on zombies because I can't get
on. But they definitely need to compensate us. I think I will wait and see how things pan out over this then make my decission about my next console
