Compensation for lost Xbox live service

Since I first started. Using Xbox live I wonder how many hours weeks if not months I have lost due to faults and maintenance and errors. Non of which are the customers fault but nether the less us the customer still have to pay for the time that these
occur. As the consumer I don't want to pay for a service that I am not able to use. Just this time around I have been trying to get on now for 30 hours and the service was down not more than 2 weeks ago. Xbox / Microsoft need to show there loyal customers
some kind of loyalty in return and issue compensation for all the down times that we incur. I am currently looking to buy my next console and so far I have only been looking at Xbox one packages but after recent live problems coupled with the poor help I have
received from the help desk I am seriously considering switching to playstation but as I have said before I will see what happens.

Xbox live cannot connect!!!!!!!!

Why can't I log into xbox live anymore, tried to download profile again and nothing is working. My profile is gone and cannot download it back on my xbox.

Even when I try to log in xbox.com nothing works and all my friendlist is empty.

Xbox live gold is a service we PAY for with real money. What do I get back for compensation?????

I cannot even log into xbox live with my secondary account. What the hell is going on???

Fix this because this is not a free service like psn. I want a fix asap and something as compensation for the lost time.

 

id like to see some sort of compensation but its microsoft so id be pretty suprised if they did.

I'm understand Your frustration, as user. But please keep in mind, that this forum about network related problems, so if You like to discuss some financial questions with Microsoft, then contact them directly.
