Compensation for Live error

In august my xbox360 stopped responding to my router, receiving the ip adress error everytime i attempted to connect and has not worked since. Even after reseting the network settings to factory default
it does not work. So essentially I was deprived of 2 months of xbox live gold that just ended October 20th. I was wondering if ther is a fix and if so can I receive the 2 months of Gold I could not access. Thank

Good day, I have a question for compensation for the code with the error 0X80A40010, which was last week in Ukraine when there was a blocked login to accounts for 7 days, there will be some kind of compensation, because for these 7 days I (and other users
of Xbox one in our country ) have lost a lot. A good compensation would be subscription to Gold Live account for a short period of time. Thanks for understanding!

in most cases ip error is no live error but a network error on your side.

its either incorrect setup, device error be it router, xbox, cable or possibly a switch in between, or a software error on any device.

 

Yeah it's easy to fix too but only on your side

ip address conflict happens when two devices are assigned the same ip either by one having the same ip assigned as another device like an manually setup ip or you have too many devices and your dhcp isn't setup properly for enough devices

all it takes to fix it is to shutdown one device that is conflicting with the device or setup your router to assign more ips

 

Your network administrator should have fixed it for you 2months ago
