    Trying to play fable 360 Xbox game on Xbox one game console. Says it is not compatible when it is on last. Can anyone help me

    Hello Nik!

    Currently there does seem to be an emerging issue regarding Xbox 360 backwards compatible titles being played on Xbox One. More information will be made public as soon as it becomes available. In the mean time I recommend you try uninstalling and reinstalling
    the game. There is also a chance that it could be the disc itself. Please let us know with a reply to see how it goes.

    If you are using the same account with which you purchased the BC 360 games you will find them in the ready to install section of the games' hub.

    Which Fable are you trying to play? The 1st Fable is not backwards compatible.

    Not all Xbox Original or Xbox 360 Games are Backward Compatible, More games get added once the team has approval and been tested internally.

    That game is not backwards compatible. You can find a list of all games that are compatible at https://www.xbox.com/games/backward-compatibility

    There is no way to request a game to be compatible. The backwards compatibility program ended in 2021, so anything that is not compatible, won't be.
