Compatible game is not compatible

Discus and support Compatible game is not compatible in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I was reading the Xbox official backwards compatibility list to see what of my old games I could play on my Xbox One.     Compatible game is not compatible


    So I was reading the Xbox official backwards compatibility list to see what of my old games I could play on my Xbox One.

    I saw Lego Star Wars TCS. But when I got the disc and inserted into the Xbox One it says that its not compatible and won't let my install it or play it.

    Is this a bug or maybe a mistake?

    And is there a way to fix this?

    Not all games are backwards compatible. You'll see that message if you try to play the, but there is no way to make them work if they're not compatible. That game is not backwards compatible.

    Here is the list of backwards compatible games -

    Problems with Moving DLC from Xbox 360 to Xbox One

    That only works for bsckwards compatible games. Hardlines is not backwards compatible.

    can you try a hard reset on the console, it is compatible so it should work

    That game is not backwards compatible. You can find a list of all games that are compatible at https://www.xbox.com/games/backward-compatibility

    There is no way to request a game to be compatible. The backwards compatibility program ended in 2021, so anything that is not compatible, won't be.

    I bought a 360 game only to find out I can't play it on my Xbox ONE. The at the store lied to me.

    Not all games are backwards compatible. If the game is not listed here it won't work. Backwards compatible games are being added all the time, but backwards
    compatibility is up to the publisher. So not all games will be made compatible.
