    My Xbox one profil has a password that is more than the 16 caracter use on xbox 360 so I cannot use this profile

    Did appear any error code or message saying why you are not able to connect to Xbox Live in Fallout 3?

    This has happened me before. You will need to do a reset. To do this, go to settings>system>console info>reset console. Make sure to select and keep my games and apps. Reset, follow the installation prompts and there ya go, should be fixed.
