    Whenever I attempt to insert Advanced Warfares Install disc into my console, I get the error code 0x8082000c
    saying “Its not playable here” the disc is not damaged in anyway and I have tried power cycling multiple times, any help would be greatly appreciated

    If it's a playanywhere title just redeem it it would work for botg

    There is no way to exchange a code for another that has to be done at the retailer

    I'm sorry to hear that. Games and DLCS are not always compatible with all platforms though. Some games are playable on the Xbox console only and some can be played and use to Windows 10 PC and Xbox consoles. I'm afraid it depends on the game developers if they will allow access to both platforms. I hope you understand.

    Is this a 360 copy youre trying to use? 360 games are region locked, xbox one games are not.
