    Thanks for this VoteDC, didn't know about it and I'll use it (I knew SkyDrive was on the Apps but no idea what it was for actually).

    Thanks for getting back to me, Chandu. Here’s what you can try next:

    1. Close OneNote completely again.

    2. Press Win + R, then type:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneNote\16.0

    If you’re using Office 2019/2021 or Microsoft 365, replace "16.0" with your version number.



    3. Find and delete the Cache folder.

    4. Restart OneNote and give it another shot.

    Let me know if that works.
