connection to multiplayer lobbies. Your ping, upload speed, download speed and NAT Type can affect online performance. We suggest

testing the network and multiplayer connections on your Xbox One. Does an error message appear on either of those tests? The link we provide explains where to locate the tests. Once you have completed the tests, we recommend checking the detailed network
statistics in the network settings for information on your ping, upload speed and download speed. Be sure to let us know the results!
