Hi, yeah you are right it is annoying having to wade through those posts on the community feed. Microsoft do try their best to remove them, but they do need the help of the community to do so by reporting these posts. Your idea is a good one though, and

@GG without reading the T&C, I would assume that advertising of any sort is against the rules, sending out massive messages advertising a community to random people who the user who has simply crossed paths, should be against the rules. Maybe if the OP did
some research they would be able to find a proper method to advertise their community and get some real valuable coverage.

If I was interested in a community, I would do what most people do, and do some research, I wouldn't expect to be spammed with it, which IMO simply lowers the value of the community.

Theres a big difference in people sending messages to a small group of players to fill a lobby, and sending messages to fill lobbies, meet and play games, which is what the messaging system is intended.

(Note to self, pass on Nigeria relatives/Lottery letters to GG and the OP as they would be more appreciative of it)

The OP would be sending irrelevant messages to large numbers of people (because they haven't asked for it, and therefore the OP is hoping they will be), its spam.
