Community Reaches goal and I don't get my keys

My community reached its goal and I did not get the 40 keys that I won. Also I have been losing coins because the server keeps disconnecting during the game. Full internet connection but the game server keeps disconnecting and at one point I won 7 bingos
in a game and it only counted 2 and I used coins to get 5 more balls and it counted down the balls but did not show them or announce them. Coins wasted and I cannot get them back. I tried to chat with support and got transferred back and forth to departments
that cannot help me and all they can tell me is that I need to go to another department who then transfers me to another department. I just want my keys and my coins that I earned playing the game.

Power Card

I completed 35 bingos on several power cards and was supposed to get 100 keys once the Community had reached its goal. The community reached its goal. Can someone tell me how the get my 100 keys. I though once the Community goal was met, my keys would
automatically be given to me.

 

Not gettng Keys!!

I'm experiencing the same exact issue. A number of times I've reach the goal for the keys and when the community goal is reached, I get nothing.
