Community Keys in Bingo

Why don't we get the keys we earned??

This seems to have been raised various times and NOTHING changes. I have now lost all interest in playing Bingo! as the goalposts keep changing. I bet no-one at ms even read these complaints.

Earned 40 & 100 keys and was not paid when community goal was reached.

Playing Bingo and earned 40 keys on one power card and 100 keys on another power card. When the community goals were reached, Bingo did not pay the keys. I've been shorted 140 keys.

 

USA ningo card keys not recieved

Hi, I completed the USA bingo card many, many times to get to 100 keys, to be awarded when community goal was reached. goal has been reached and next lot has started, I have not received the keys. lots of bingo played and no keys..... can you please fix
this? I have another smaller amount of keys in the France bingo card that the community goal has not yet been reached, but I would like to receive the 100 keys for the USA bingo card. Cheers

1. Which platform is the game on? (For example, Xbox One)

2. Are the community keys an online/multiplayer feature?

1. The platform is Windows 10 on my Laptop.

2. The keys were promised when the community reached the target.

This has just completely put my grandson off playing and we haven't been back and probably won't. Don't like it when the goalposts shift and you have to push for what you were promised, hard to explain to a youngster.
