community goal reached but twice i didnt get my bonus keys

    twice now i reached the 40 key bonus but when the community goal was reached i got nothing

    Bonus keys from powercards

    Why didnt I receive the keys from the powercards? The community goal had been reached several times (different cards) but no bonus was received by me.

    where are my power card keys gone

    I reached my power card community goal and now my bonus keys disappeared. where did they go??????

    Not gettng Keys!!

    I'm experiencing the same exact issue. A number of times I've reach the goal for the keys and when the community goal is reached, I get nothing.

    Found the answer actually... you have to go back to the Bingo's main menu and click on the Social tab. Rewards are under there. Hope that helps!

    What a load of BS

    I played the powercard in America and was able to reach the personal goal to receive 40 keys. I see that the goal has gone up, so I assume that the goal was reached, so how do I receive the keys?
