Community Goal reached and NO reward given

Discus and support Community Goal reached and NO reward given in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been playing Microsoft Bingo ...and have reached 100 bingos on the power card and the community goal has been reached and reset but NO 100 keys...     Community Goal reached and NO reward given


    I have been playing Microsoft Bingo ...and have reached 100 bingos on the power card and the community goal has been reached and reset but NO 100 keys have been rewarded to my account. Can I expect this reward on this?

    When community goal is reached, there are no key rewards. Why?

    Go to the main menu and scroll down to the "social" box. Click on it and that is where you collect the keys from the power bingo community card. It took me a while to figure that out, so hopefully this helps you!

    How do I remove my goal for my reward points?

    Hi, Battle! Thank you for reaching out.
    I'm AJ, an Independent Advisor for the Xbox Community.

    You should be able to remove your goal through the Rewards hub on your console or the Rewards website via a Web browser.

    • On your console:

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    - Go to the "Profile & System" tab.
    - Select your profile.
    - Select "My Rewards".
    - Press the A button on "My goal"
    - Select "Clear goal"

    • On a Web browser:

    - Go to https://rewards.bing.com
    - Sign in to your account
    - Look for the item the goal is set for.
    - Click on "Remove Goal"

    the issue prior was not resolved (Xbox October quest followup thread )

    Hey there,

    As mentioned before, the rewards given to those participating in the Xbox Quest and Game Pass Goals are not guaranteed. If this is in regards to a different promotion, please post back to let us know, but Rocket League is not a guaranteed reward for the Quests
    as the rewards are randomly drawn depending on the amount of goals completed. The reward you were supposed to receive has already been delivered.

    Not gettng Keys!!

    I'm experiencing the same exact issue. A number of times I've reach the goal for the keys and when the community goal is reached, I get nothing.
