Community code violation hacking accusation

Myself and others have been reporting this guy who has hacked into our Xbox accounts. Xbox did nothing

He has sent all of us harassing messages.

We blocked and still sends messages.. we called Xbox nothing is done

He's stalking me and fallowed me into games lobbies. I went offline and he shows up. Again nothing is done to him.

. We called Xbox Live, reported, blocked, muted and nothing is done!!

then use the report button, but how do your specifically know he is "hacking", he could be just good at the game, i have got a lot of kills in that whilst the rest had really low kills.

Reporting him is the best option, then the right team can give out the appropriate action if they agree with you.

I get that i was given the temporary ban for not following the code of conduct in communicating with another fellow XBL member. My problem is i have been given no knowledge of what i exactly said to this member nor do I even know the name of this said person. my
suspension is 5 days long and i think if im being accused of violating communication code of conduct that warrants for me to have the right to know my accuser or accusers and what I exactly said to them that got me my suspension. If not then how am i suppose
to reflect and learn from my mistake?
