    Community Challenge Not Awarding Keys


    Hello,

    For the past week or so when a Community Challenge is completed I have not been rewarded any keys. I have lost at least one 15 key, one 40 key, and two 100 key rewards. I realize they are only awarded once the Community has completed the challenge. I am
    not looking for lost keys to be rewarded just that the issue is corrected going forward. Thanks for your attention in this matter.

    Bingo community challenge

    Was playing the USA bingo and had enough credits to earn 100 keys when the community challenge was reached. That just happened and I did not receive keys.

    Please explain.

    More than 155 keys for each community goal?

    If I earn all 155 keys available during one community goal challenge, can I keep playing and earn more keys if the community goal has not yet been met?

    ALSO: How do I get the game to track that I am collecting a second collection of icons?

    I lost almost 100 burn cards?

    Burn cards are earned from completing challenges. Most challenges award one burn card for completing the challenge. Some challenges award 2 or 3. Other challenges award a rare burn card pack (3-5 cards?).

    The number of challenges you complete in a game determines how many burn cards you are awarded.

    I did not receive my community award either. This is the second time in the past two weeks. The first time was 40 keys and this time was 100 keys. This issue needs to be addressed!!!

    Just like Operation: Goliath. I assume every objective based community event they release, prizes will be awarded two days after the weekend of the challenge.
