    First, I realize this may be the wrong place to post, couldn't find a better place though. Anyways, I'm a nooby ambassador, and can't seem to access the ambassador forums. I've also not found how to use the badge either. Any help would be much appreciated.

    The Xbox live community level ambassador support forums are not coming up for me. and i have no clue why.

    Hello DE Anomaly.

    How long-ago where you accepted into the program? Also, the badge is added to your account for you, also so you can get access to the Private Ambassador Forums. When you go to the Ambassabank does it allow you to take chats and see your Profile?

    Hey there,

    I had joined last year, and had laptop issues soon after. Unfortunately, I still don't have a laptop, so I decided I'll specialise in helping people here on the forums through my Xbox One. My phone is a Galaxy S3, but I would need Silverlight, which I don't
    think is available on Android.

    I am able to do the Academy quizes though.

    Hope I've provided enough info.

    Your forums badge does not show the ambassador icon. I would contact one of the official support people and ask them to look into this for you. I would suggest Miss Ermine.

    You still have the ambassador icon on your gamercard. Why not check out the ambassador forums for more assistance.

    Also, the ambassador page has changed. You can link it from
    here    . The ambassabank can be linked from the FAQ's on that page.
