Communitive Gamers on Xbox One Needed (Sunset,Killer Instinct, Ryse, Costume Quest)

Hi my fellow gamers... I was just looking for people to play sunset overdrive and various games with other people. I mostly play fighting games like Killer Instinct or RPG's like Costume Quest 2 and Child of Light BUT I only have about 5 Xbox one friends,
so it would be nice to find other gamers to play with.... Now I'm not one to complain about age preferences,etc but please try to keep it in the vicinity, I tend to play with gamers from the age of 14 to early 20's cause I'm 17. If you have a mic and you add
me please speak :/ I'm shy but you gotta talk what's the whole point playing with someone who's fun to be around but they don't speak to you? I'm a achievement hunter and I won't stand for 2nd place... I tent to get jelous really easily when someone does something
