    Xbox Live Enforcement Team seems to have unofficially taken the position that teabagging is not a reportable offense, but calling someone who teabagged you a “psychopath” warrants a 14-day communications suspension.

    My case review was not approved and this post was also removed from r/Xbox (who called it an “angry ban rant”) so it will probably be removed here, too. Just have to try since there is no way to contact their enforcement.

    If that was your first ban, it might've been only a 24 hour ban but they escalate the punishment everytime.

    Thank you, but in what world is calling a serial teabagger a “psychopath” deserving of a 14-day communications suspension? Or calling anyone that? And I provided clips of what that player did to me and I know for a fact that that person is still playing and sending messages, yet my communications were suspended almost instantly. It seems really easy for someone to get punished for words sent privately and exceedingly difficult for someone to be punished for inappropriate actions which are done for virtually ANYONE to see. I was disrespected in front of everyone playing the game and I told the offender something in private and I am the one who got punished. It really just does not seem fair at all.

    In situations like that, it's best to just report and block instead of responding. As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will take action as well. There is no way for you to know for sure when/if action is taken on another player.
