Discus and support Communications reinstatement in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I received a 7-Day ban on my first offense and was supposed to be reinstated this morning at 5 a.m. however the band is still in effect...     Sorry you're having issues with your communication. Three is a known issue with reinstatement right now. That said, making threats against Microsoft is against the forums terms of use, and they take threats pretty seriously (especially threats of violence)
    . I would suggest following thus thread and waiting for your communication to be available again.

    You may have fixed one detail on the account, but other problems (like an unpaid balance) could remain. For this, I do suggest you go to
    http://www.xbox.com, sign in at upper right with your Microsoft Account email and password, then go to http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5and
    click on Request a Call from the Billing Team.
