    Hello,

    I've recently been comm banned. This is not the first time, and I've made an effort to not send messages that violate Xbox's code of conduct.

    However, I got banned again and I believe it is because a good friend of mine reported me (in jest) for a message I sent him. He had since contacted Xbox to explain what happened in order to get my ban overturned. I have the relevant case number from my
    friends discussion, and am hoping someone for the enforcement team reads this.

    I recently got a communication ban for no apparent reason. please investigate.

    I recently got a communication ban for no reason. I was on YouTube for the last few days and all of a sudden xbox live messages me with a notice of enforcement action. This is completely uncalled for.

    I would like to know what I did to cause this and if nothing, please overturn it as it is hindering my gaming and friendships.

    If that's the case they will overturn the ban.

    Xbox overturned my false bans and gave me a code for Xbox Live Gold, but the problem is still present. I just got another communication ban.

    Suspension Overturned. Or was it?

    Try removing the GT from the console and then power cycling the console.

    Restart it and then recover the gamertag back to see if that fixes the issue.
    Unfortunately, that didn't help. I don't think it's something on my end, because two different support agents said that I would have to wait until the 22nd for my console suspension to end. Thanks for trying to help though!
