Communications between Mature Players

I'm a gamer who plays mature games where friendly fire is allowed, Rainbow 6 Siege for example, and/or different games with that rating. I believe that banter between gamers should be more 'laxed for lack of a better term. Since these games are mature and
you have to be mature to play them, communication between players in regards to them should be more free. I have now been suspended for "bad communication" twice for interacting in an "unacceptable" way with someone who is equally as "unacceptable" as I am
when in reality it's two people who are mature enough to handle themselves. I think this to is a legitimate issue for many players and myself who in today's world is scared to even say anything without getting reported for "bad communications"

We regularly play missions, races or whatever feels fun at that moment. We welcome anyone from any part of the world, with the only 2 requirements being mature players only and a headset is a must, communication is key.

The age rating on a game is there for the single player content only & means that someone under that age can't buy the game,it does not mean they can not play it.

Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone,no matter the age rating of a game.
