Communications bans are annoying (hear me out)

So i get communications banned a lot from being honest when im mad. but its honestly pointless to even have that mechanic. it wont stop anything permanantly. plus if you call someone bad at soccer i real life, they can report you to the federal government
and you get unbreakable tape put on your mouth for a period of time? its basically like that. makes no sense. people these days are just sissies, and report anything you say. make a joke? offended. look at some one wrong{ish}? offended. people just abuse the
mechanic anyways like its a drug to make anything they slightly dont like be completely crippled in terms of communication. no one sends hatemail to EVERYONE. only the people that they have to be straight up real with, need to be cut off from the person they
reported, not every single person on xbox live. and thats why its unbalanced and unfair. i want to know if anyone else feels this way.

Cannot talk in xbox live party chat.

So I was communication banned for two weeks last month, (even though I didnt have a mic, but whatever not the point), and I just purchased a Xbox One Stereo Headset and people cannot hear me in party chat. Apparently there is an issue were people who were
even after the communication ban ran out, they still have the limitations of a communication ban. I can still hear people in party chat, but cannot speak at all. I can also send xbox live messages. I really do not know what to do, and its very annoying that
I just spent $70 on a brand new headset, and cannot use it.

 

I understand that you would like yourself heard but :-

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
