    Was playing bo2 SnD when i came across some trash talkers messing with a lobby of newbies. i didn't talk at all till the end after i joined late and still carried us 4-3. i DSR'ed the when they all used Scar-H and Remington's. they where salty aand yelling
    at me so i turned on my mic and told them to leave and stop picking on newbs and they are trash. The said to shut the F*** up amongst any other insults and said they wud boot me off. i called there bluff and they left the lobby. among all of this i never used
    any langue. i did send em a message saying ''COD 101 try shooting at the enemies not the floor next time lol." nothing elts said till he send me a message saying "expect to be banned at any moment". i never nonce used langue when gaming. im a clan owner (Klutz

    any way to fix this??? I dont believe there is but was once told to ask y friends to report me over and over again till and it will fix. any thought??

    as well any way to get him banned???? lol how can i report him on this web site??? as when i do on xbox it doesnt work. no one cares about the 360 any more. m

    Have no clue why I got a communication ban.

    Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

    Here is a sample for the enforcement site about comm bans:

    Communications Suspensions
    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    communications banned?

    You would need to file a complaint on him via the console or through the Xbox app in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    If you've been banned, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     to see about submitting a case review.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
