Communications Banned Everywhere!?

Hello there! I'm having some issues. I was hit with a communications ban on Xbox Live (Two week suspension) am not here asking to be unsuspended from communcating via Microsoft services, am here to complain about the suspension being Global.

I use OBS to stream my games and my mic is no longer working (Not being aired to my channel) at first i thought my mic was the issue, after a couple of hours checking and checking my mic is indeed working, i can record my voice, it plays back fine, i can use
Facebook calling fine, i can also use Discord fine and i can also use OBS fine (If not broadcasting a game only my desktop and software such as unity etc)

If i open up steam and start streaming, no voice. If i open up origin and start streaming, no voice. I then went over to Xbox Support and spoke to them they said that EA and Steam have there own "ACCOUNT SUSPENSION SYSTEM" and that it shouldn't effect me using
other NON-Mircosoft services. I then closed the chat and spoke to someone else, they said if my email addess i use for steam and Origin is the same email i use for my Microsoft services then i will be suspended from communications from them as well including
anywhere else i use my email address.

So i then went to outlook.com and created a new email, verified it and then made a new steam and origin account using this email, i then changed my details in obs and made a new twitch account, my microphone worked with Origin and Steam! I logged out of OBS
and back in with my suspended email and no mic!

So it seems microsoft suspend you from EVERYWHERE including websites, services and apps that are not microsoft owned. I would like help finding the part in the T&C where it says if you have a 2 week comms suspension on Xbox Live then it bans your comms everywhere
outside of mircosoft services.

I would also like to know who you make a complaint about this to? It's truely unfair to ban you from services that are not Microsoft owned, i contacted EA and they stated my Origin account as NO active suspensions (Still waiting for steam to email back about
my account with them)

It's like getting banned from a store so you decide to go to another store that is not owned by the first store and them saying you're banned because you're banned from the store you just came from. If that makes sense?

Need some help here, this is wrong on so many levels, i accept the Xbox/MS ban for MS services but everywhere? Totally O.T.T

My account was banned for life.

im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

 

Remove a letter from a game title.. And explain. LULz
