Communications banned because of trolls

I get a hell of a lot of followers on my profile so I have to set my privacy to friends only because I ban a lot of people from my twitch stream people report my for no reason I have just been banned from communications the enforcement team cannot be contacted
other than the forum that is locked and also I have respected the terms and conditions for over 8 years my question is how can I get banned for communications when I don't talk to anyone this don't make any sense if I upset 50 people and they all decide to
troll me because of that is unfair I'm disputing it right now as I think my ban is a joke and of course the enforcement.com is broken won't let me sign in well done Microsoft can someone help?

ok so I got a communication ban because of a troll. But why do you take my account down to being absolutely unavailable. I'm just trying to watch crunchy role but I can't because you full banned me not communication banned me

Communications Ban Appeal

I have been communication banned for life for no reason and would like it appealed because i have only gotten a 1 day communication ban and out of the blue i got permanently communication banned please Unban me for communications.

The only way of contacting the enforcement team is through their website by using the case review.

The enforcement team hasn't used the forums in over a year.

The ONLY way to get a suspension lifted sooner would be by filing a case review at the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com

With the "simple message", if it included profanity or threats, this would be the reason for the ban. If the ban is longer than 24 hours, you can submit a case review.

I simply wrote "can you please stop killing me and my friend, it's kind of annoying". Just wanting to clear things up.
