Communications Ban

My son received an email on June 7th stating he would be banned from Xbox live communications with friends for 2 weeks or 14 days which would have ended on June 22nd.

He also received an email on June 8th stating he was banned from Xbox Live. For two weeks or 14 days as well.

It has been over two weeks for both suspensions and he is able to now play online but does not have the ability to communicate which should have also been lifted already.

Can someone please help by letting me know what needs to be done to get his communication abilities back and if he is in fact still banned for how long? As I would think with one being available the other should be available by now as well. Thank you very
much.

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

I am having this exact issue xbox keeps telling me privacy settings don't allow you from chatting with others I am still stuck tried many differen things nothing seems to work Xbox live support have told me it has something to do with my Xbox but it's not
it's the enforcement team I think

To help me either all keep telling me to contact enforcement team but no chance of being able to speak to someone's after a ban has expired.

he's not still banned nor am I heaps of people are saying the same thing it's Xbox fault... you won't get help

Here all you will be told is contact Xbox enforcement even tho there is no possible way to contact them I'm afraid

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent
by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

To clarify, all enforcement actions are able to be researched by logging into the account with the enforcement action on
enforcement.xbox.com. Though sometimes this information is sent via email to the email address on file with the Microsoft Account instead of being located on that website. Have you seen any more information
in regards to this suspension there? Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there inadvertently.

I got a communication ban on the 7 June then a multiplayer ban on the 8 June finished both bans and nearly a week later I still can't message or party chat

 

Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, queries and additional information can be found on our Xbox Enforcement page while signed-in. You can also check the option to file a Case
Review for additional information.

You can also contact official Xbox Support to check your account: Contact Us | Xbox Support

They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

 

I have not received anything else about the suspension via email and there is no way to request a case review because the suspension does not appear to be active as it has already expired but he still has no communication ability. So then what do you do.
I understand that suspensions are needed in certain instances but when you're paying for a service and they have served their suspension time how is this type of issue corrected when the steps provided for resolution don't work. Any thoughts anybody?

 

Thenndo the standard troubleshooting

First completely shutdown the console by unplugging it from the wall

Then wait 20 seconds and then power it on

Delete and recover the account

 

To clarify, did you check the email address associated with the Microsoft Account? This is the email address that you use when you sign into your account on the console. You can double check which address that is by signing into your account on
account.live.com.

I gothink a messayed saying I was ban from talking to my friends on the 29th of Sept 2018 for no reason I was woundering if you could lift that ban for me today
