    Communications Ban


    I was recently banned for something I felt was very minor. I was playing Rainbow Six Siege and took a player's kill. I messaged him and said it was an accident and called him a ****. A few minutes later, I received a message from Xbox Live. I was furious.
    I have been banned before for very minor and stupid things that are not ban-worthy. I believe that my ban should be lifted because it was not an incredibly mean thing to say. As one of the answers for the appeal questionnaire, Microsoft says that box Live
    is competitive and trash talk is okay to a point. I believe I was within the rules of the Agreement. Please review my case. Thank you.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Same here, case review is not worth it, they will just lie/talk about something else and keep your ban on.

    Communications Ban

    Enforcement don't use the forums but apparently you know where the web page is since you answered the questions. No one here can help remove your ban. It really doesn't matter whether you thought it violates any Terms of Use. The filter here bleeped the
    word which should be a clue to you that what was said was inappropriate for Xbox Live. Trash talk isn't swearing.

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
