Communications Ban

Hi

Just wondering why I get banned for communication when the other people that message me call me names or are being toxic because I beat them in a game? Shouldn't xbox be a little more invested in their community. Never once have I said anything bad in a
message even if the other person is being irate. Just wish xbox would do a bit more checking on its loyal players before kicking them out for others reporting them for winning a game and they are just upset about it.

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

Hello, as always the best thing to do in that situation is not to respond and simply report the offending players.

As for why you were banned you should receive an email addressed to the email account associated with the gamer tag that received the ban/suspension from Microsoft/Xbox telling you why you were banned. To check your enforcement history, you can go

These hacks are out of control. Im tired of this social justice warrior movement into our entertainment. I paid money to play games that are 17+ mature rated. That curse and say offensive things in the games themselves just to be banned for banter between
adults. This kiddy babysitting nonsense on live has to stop. It is my right to speak however i want through my property. You cannot be banning everyone on live for talking trash and offending people. Its apart of gaming culture whether theres kids wrongfully
on these games or not. Enforcement team you are out of control and are walking on thin thread with the community. You cant enjoy gaming anymore openly online and barely in private chats. It has gone too far. We need change and now. I got banned for saying
a miniscule curse after a guy came in my lobby and talked trash over the mic too me and friends. I did not report this guy because its apart of the game but when this guy reports me hes using it to get at me just for beating him at the game. Its worse than
having hackers flood your IP causeing a crash for a day. I am banned for 14 days !? Im on the edge with you silicon valley "socialites". Youre just a bunch of snowflakes. Everyone on live would agree.

 

Your case review option forces us to answer questionaires based on the same social justice warrior idealogy. If you dont answer your solialists questions how you want them answered then we are not worthy of filing a case. We are the deplorable s who pay

You're right. It is your right to speak however you want through your property. However, Live is not your property. It belongs to Microsoft. So you have to play by their rules (which you agreed
to when you signed up) if you want to use it.

Game ratings are only for the games themselves. Everything else on Live has to remain E for everyone.

 

Your terms are made to make live legally unliable for anything that could possibly cause suit. It is not for the community. Or to better anyone. It is making things less social and more toxic. You cannot play live without agreeing to the terms and you
cannot play games without live. Its control over the whole umbrella. You think people will be this complacent for long?

 

Nothing against the ambassador puppets they allow or pay to speak for them. Everyone needs to sign this petition if you want our "entertainment" system back. You cant let these oligopolies walk over us.

Just like smwutches said you have the given right by the supreme court of any nation to enforce or remove people thst say what you dont like from their lproperty that includes xbox live

Abd yes that is enforced by the freedom of speech

 

Stop breaking the rules its that simple

Ask.a police officer if you can punch a person after they insulted you
