Hi my gamer tag is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** i was banned until the 2nd of march because I let my brother play on my Xbox one and he called someone a bitch for not racing him on forza horizon 3 I was hoping you would please review my case and please un-ban me I will make
sure it doesn' happen again thank you so much sorry for the offence

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com but you are responsible for your account at all times.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
