Communications Ban!?

Well was recently playing the well known game Rainbow Six Siege. Many know after a couple of hours into playing some people get serious and can easily be pissed off. I was playing on casual because I was slowly loosing my temper, I joined a game
with a 3 randoms and my friend. All was fine until near to the end of the round where two players where left alive. I knew where they were so I go out and try to get them. One of the randoms decided to team-kill me so that they could get the glory. My initial
response was a bit peed off but I carried onto the next round; The round starts and I play on as normal forgetting anything had happened. Now that's when another random kills me (possibly due to them being in a party with each other and being asked to kill
me). Quite pissed off now but I let it slide.. Guess what happens next round? Team killed again.

This is when I decided to message the first random player with an angry blunt swear word. His response was a "ha ha ha". I ignored it and left the game. Now due to the worst reporting system that Xbox has implemented, the user proceeds to report the message
with the swear word in. This instantly gave me the notification that I had been
Communication banned due to profanity and hateful speech, my ban will last for 7 days. Granted I had swore at him but it wasn't very absence. Xbox's automatic system is so sensitive and not calibrated correctly to the point where anything that is 'Sexual','Swearing'
or 'hateful speech' in a message that is reported, the system will automatically review it and issue a communications ban 1, 7 or 14 day ban. I find this very frustrating because I can no longer play with my buddies as I cannot communicate with them (the game
is very communication intensive. I have learned my lesson of not having outbursts and messaging with profanity but with this broken part of Xbox's report system gives other users the ability to easily and effectively strike back by communication banning another
user. I'm just expressing my experience as I have been unable to seek help from Microsoft or any other parties to fix my issue. This situation has happened to many other friends and users that I have talked to. Hopefully this message will help others gain
knowledge of this broken feature and essentially assist others not to make the same mistakes. I wish I could help more but this is my experience.

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

There is no automatic ban system. All reports are investigated by a human being in the enforcement team
