Communications Ban Xbox Live Confusion.

I have a communications Ban on My Xbox Not sure what it was for there was no indication of what it was for just that I had it, and I just wanted to know what it was for so I know not to do that Specific thing again, tried googling Microsoft Support Dialed
the Number got a random Screeching sound and the Website isn't helping the Virtual Agent is Being useless and I have no idea what's going on.

Mostly I just sit in party chat and talk with me friends? Sometimes we talk a bit rough but In all the years I have been Live Gaming this hasn't been an Issue.

Recently Playing a game we ran into some stream snipers who said they were gonna spam my account with reports that I was "Bad Talking them" When i wasn't. I was wondering if this could be the issue, it's not a long ban but some other information like the cause
of the Communication ban should be shown. Instead I'm left with nothing.

Yeh all it said was that i broke community guidelines but if i did then why not tell me what i did or at least tell me if it was a message or a spam or if it was when i was in a party

You should have received an email. It won't give you the specifics on the reason only the rule that you broke.
