Communications Ban received... but why?

Dear Xbox Live Enforcement Team,

Earlier today I logged on to see that my account had received a 24 hour communications ban. This was very puzzling to me as I do not feel that I have done anything to receive this ban, and that any reports on my account were falsely submitted. I do not communicate
with users other than friends very often, and I am not one to attack someone over xbox, so I am not sure why I was issued this ban. Another thing that bothered me was the fact that I was issued this ban with no information on why. I don't like the fact that
bans are being issued without any reasoning behind it. It is my account, and I think I deserve to know why this ban was issued.

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

The Enforcement Team does not use the forums, and the support forum cannot assist with suspension issues.

You can, however, go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for more details concerning your ban. If eligible, you can submit a case review. Otherwise, you will have to wait out the rest of the 24 hours until your communication
features are restored.

if you get a communication ban you will receive an email telling you why you were banned

When your account gets a ban for communications, they will review you recent past behavior, if they find this to be consistent with why you were communication banned, they may add further enforcement to your account.

This is why you may receive further enforcement's whilst you are communication banned.

Unfortunately, a lot of people receive communication bans because they respond to a trash talker in a way that also violates the Xbox Code of Conduct.

Whether or not you were the one who "started it" doesn't matter; if you violate the CoC, you may receive a ban. It's possible that the other person ALSO received a ban.

When the Enforcement team evaluates a report, they do look at context. However, they treat everyone fairly.

If you didn't violate the CoC, you wouldn't receive a ban.

I received a Communication ban on June 7th, and at 6:41 P.M, I also received a Harassment ban on June 8th.
