    Communications ban not lifted after specific date and time


    On July 13th I was issued a console ban on my Xbox. Today on July 27th the day the ban is supposed to be lifted I am still not able to send messages or talk in Xbox live parties, when I attempt to send messages it tells me choose something else to do. During
    the console ban I noticed I wasn't able to access online multipler games such as Overwatch or Injustice to play with friends. Soon realizing that it is something that comes along with the ban. However I'm allowed to play games online but my commucation methods
    are still blocked. I've contacted Xbox support 3x now, all of the employees being very helpful but in the end I am still not able to send messages or talk in party.

    Party chat not working after 24hr communication suspension

    Why am I still banned?

    On 9/22/17 I received a communications ban that was said to be lifted on 10/6/17. In the middle of the communications ban I was then banned from playing multiplayer games online without any warning. It has been three days after my ban was supposed to be
    lifted but I am still banned.

    If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of
    violation associated with each enforcement action

    We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
    primary place for further information will be our Xbox Enforcement page
    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with our phone or chat support team through our
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    as I stated in my original I have contacted Xbox support 3 times now, the most recent agent telling to make this thread, she told me that my issue would most likely be resolved in a couple hours and its been about 3 since I created
    this post. I am also unable to check my enforcement history as it is a console ban so my individual accounts were not notified about anything.

    The date/time the ban lifts would be at the end of the ban description on enforcement.xbox.com

    If there is no date/time listed, it may have already lifted.

    On enforcement.xbox.com you should see a date and time when the ban lifts after the listed reason (while logged in on the parent account). If there is no date and time then the ban has already expired.
