communications ban "lifted" and still no chat or messaging ect..

i had a weeks communication ban which was to end today. iv'e contacted the support forum (no reply from them yet) and also the support chat crowd (you know the ones singing off the hymn sheet... cold start your xbox.... go to network settings... no matter
what the issue is) and all they can say is your unbanned and it should be working. now i was on the enforcement page to check when exactly the ban should have been lifted and the time has long passed by, so now im stuck with an "unbanned" profile thats unable
to communicate, anyone any ideas what to do??

one thing i will add is do not bother adding in a comment that it takes time to turn all on again. they're quick enough to disable functions so they should be just as quick putting them back into effect, simple as.

after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.

my ban has already been lifted, it was only 24 hours. i can talk in party chat and message again its just cold war still think im banned

I too have been playing since xbox mk1 when battlefield mc was around and I have never been suspended for anything, all of a sudden boom restricted and after an investigation it turned out some strong words towards two very disruptive players in destiny
got me restricted,amusing.

But that's all fine I understand that I broke the terms of use and got the ban hammer, what I don't understand is that a technical issue is all but ignored by most avenues of assistance given by Microsoft. I'm now starting to think it's a network thing because
that's how they may restrict you some how.

Good luck - I've been spamming their twitter feed trying to get help. It's not going to get fixed. Issue has been around forever and the robots at support. I myself am on day 9 with no resolution and that's with me spamming for help every day multiple
times a day.

You essentially have 2 options : get a new GT or buy a PS4. I loaded up a new GT and chat could be used just fine. I've never seen this level incompetence with any company I've ever dealt with in my life.
