Communications ban is an absolute joke

Thanks Xbox for banning be for 12 days for sending a message to someone telling them they suck at the game The fact that you actually ban someone for this is an absolute joke. You guys really just *** me off and really turned me off to the idea of playing
xbox ever again. You guys are so soft just like today's society, trying to shield everyone from the truth and when the truth comes out you get offended. Pissing me off Xbox. You guys suck

lol communication ban for calling some 1 a **** yet ppl can call u **** and piece of **** n don't get a communication ban and what of hackers and glitches welllllllllllll sent 4 videos of some one hacking n hey I saw him 2 days after....... no ban still
hacking so if u can ban some 1 for calling some one a botch I'm sure u can ban hackers but won't n I don't care if u ban me now I'm going to ps4 better community I've heard

Well, that sounds like it was well deserved.

 

I am SORRY, but I think that in MOST cases XBLPET is Justified in whatever it Is that they do when someone disobeys the rules, or they decide to pick on/bully someone or they Ban consoles because they think the circumstances warrant a ban. Bans like this
are because someone is misusing the system/selling codes/hacking or modding a system, or causing the gamer experience for everyone else to tank. People doing something that could damage the systems of MS/XBOX or other gamers (Like Hacked Gamer Lobbies, etc)
could cause people to lose out on the achievements or the hard work that they do to get there.

There are reasons why bans or suspensions happen - I have spent time in the old enforcement forum, and have to agree that 99% of them are for legit reasons. Console hacking can damage the integrity of the network, and as such, they are banned. I know that
sometimes we all can get a little heated in battle, but the main thing is that REGARDLESS of what you do, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for actions that occur on your accounts.

I've been a member of XBL for 6 YEARS, and not ONCE have I gotten banned - I allow certain friends to use my XBOX 360/XBOX1, but I always monitor what is happening, and if I have a friend who is telling me that someone is either harassing them, or being
inappropriate or rude, they TELL me, and I will deal with it by talking to the offending person, REMOVING the person from friends lists, and also reporting a person (depending on the severity of the offense) I always TELL someone that they can and should
shut the game down if someone causes trouble and NOT to retaliate, because they would possibly cause trouble for me.

Basically, if you behave online like a lady or a gentleman, use common sense, clean language for the most part and play fair, you should NOT get banned or suspended. If you get a communication suspension because of what is said/done during a game, it mostlikely
is deserved. Nothing makes me more upset then to see a guy putting down a newbie player online, and making an example of him/her, or to see someone CHEATING on these games - XBLPET is there for a reason, and as long as you keep yourself clear of the BS, you
should be OK - Remember that we are all being watched by someone while online

ive had a communication ban recently for what reason, i haven't been told jack, the only time i talk on xbox live is when i talk to friends in a party, it annoys me that kids today make FALSE reports just because they jkust had their *** kicked on a game
